Tsao Hoi Ho, CPA (practising)

  • Certified Public Accoutant (Practising) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Australasian Institute of Banking & Finance plus Bankers’ Institute of New Zealand. He obtained the top award for “Corporate Planning” in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators examination (New Zealand).
  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Warwick.
  • Over 20 years’ extensive experience in auditing, corporate finanace and company secretarial practice.
  • Held various management positions with a number of major international institutions / listed companies, namely: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, CPA (big 4 international audit firm), Ming Fung Jewellery Group Limited (Hong Kong Main Board Listed : 860), Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited (Hong Kong Main Board Listed : 1013), China Resources Cement Holdings Ltd (Hong Kong Main Board Listed : 712), Ningbo Yidong Electronic Company Limited (Hong Kong GEM Board Listed : 8249), Arrow Asia Pacific Limited (Fortune 500, business unit of Arrow Electronics, Inc., New York Stock Exchange Listed Code: ARW), DDB Needham Worldwide Ltd (Fortune 500, 4A’s Advertising Agencies, subsidiaries of Omnicom Group, New York Stock Exchange Listed Code: OMC).
  • Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of one Hong Kong listed company in main board, being also the chairman of the audit committee.

Hung Chi Yuen, Andrew, CPA (practising)

  • Practising Certified Public Accountant, an associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA) and a fellow member of Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) 
  • Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of one HK listed company in main board, being also the chairman of the Audit committee, a member of the Conflict committee and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration committee. 
  • graduated with Accounting Degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained Masters of Applied Finance
  • Held various management positions with a number of major international institutions including UBS Warburg, Hong Kong Daily News Holding Limited (listed HK company), Emperor International Holding Limited (listed HK company) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (one of the Big 4s Accounting Firm).
